Terms of Service

By obtaining a Puddi in any way you agree to have read, accepted
and will abide by the Terms of Service regarding the Puddis species.The species owners (Thalliumfire & GreaserDemon)
are not responsible for any conflicts arising from not reading and following the T.O.S.Failing to follow the T.O.S despite multiple warnings
or under severe circumstances will lead to a ban and blacklist from the species.

Obtaining & Ownership

♦ Puddis are a closed original species and cannot be made without prior written permission
from the species owners Thalliumfire and GreaserDemon.♦ Puddis can be obtained through premade official designs or guest artist designs via flatsales, auctions, ota (offer-to-adopts)s, trade, raffles.♦ Puddis can be designed with MYO slots, which can be obtained via flatsale, raffle, event, or through art prompts, or you can obtain a slot from someone else who already has one via resale, trade or gifting if they are feeling generous.♦ One can also buy premade Puddis and,or MYO slots via our species group currencies / event currencies.♦ If you obtained a Puddi from a previous owner, you must update ownership on our masterlist channels with proof of ownership and how you obtained it (resale with the price you paid, trade or gift).Note: The price of a Puddi (and any other subspecies from the Puddi universe) is and always will be public on the masterlist for recording reasons as well as better keeping track of how much it can be resold for.♦ Co-Owning is prohibited due to how complicated it can get to keep track of multiple users owning one Puddi or more.♦ If you would like to donate your own Puddi to the community, we will host a raffle in your name and do a shout-out on the server.♦ If you are trading or reselling a Puddi with another user, please do NOT update ownership until the trade or sale is completed on both ends.

Selling & Trading

♦ Puddis obtained through gifting method may NOT be sold for any monetary value
(unless you added a monetary value to the Puddi, via commissioning artwork of the Puddi yourself).- Commissioned artwork by previous owners does NOT count as additional monetary value as you did not spend money on said artwork.- Personal artwork of the Puddi you’ve drawn yourself, may also NOT be added as additional monetary value.♦ Puddis obtained through trade may only be traded or gifted away, they may NOT be sold for any monetary value unless you yourself have added a monetary value onto the Puddi, via commissioning artwork of said Puddi yourself.- This also applies to vouchers, you may not “voucher” your Puddi as a trade, we see this as an indirect resale of the Puddi.♦ If you purchased a Puddi, you may only resell it for the same price you paid for the Puddi design itself and any artwork you may have commissioned of the Puddi may be included into the resale price as well.♦ Commercial rights are strictly reserved to creators of the Puddis species owners (Thalliumfire and GreaserDemon). You may NOT create commercial merchandise of Puddis.
- You may however make personal private non-profit physical merch of your Puddi for yourself or your friends offline/online.♦ Users are allowed to accept group currency and real money for their services of designing someone else’s MYO Puddi (or other species from the Puddi universe)♦ Reselling, Trading or Gifting Puddis (including other subspecies/species within the Puddi universe) to blacklisted/banned users will grant you a warning. **

Designing & Redesigning

♦ When you design a MYO Puddi you must:
- The anatomy and traits must apply to our anatomy sheet and trait sheets
(If the anatomy is too far off from Puddi anatomy, it will be declined and you will be asked to edit your design to be more fitting to Puddi anatomy)
- Must have traits only apply-able based on your slot’s rarity and the items used with the slot permitting those specific traits added to the design
- Design must be approved before it is added to the Masterlist and made ‘Official’
- Supply a full body background-less alt file of your Puddi for the masterlist
- Supply the traits and theme (title) of your Puddi for approval and for the masterlist
- The masterlist image can NOT have a lot of accessories or clothing on it
(Small things like a hat, a necklace, a collar, anything else that barely covers up the design are allowed on the masterlist file)
(Full head pieces, full armor, full outfits or anything that that distort the shape of the head or covers up most of the body are NOT allowed for the masterlist file)
- Must be strictly SFW (doll-like) meaning no nipples, no large crotch bulge, no genitals etc.
- Top surgery / Identity-related scars are always allowed on your masterlist image
- Prosthetics (Realistic not Futuristic) are always allowed on your masterlist image
- Piercings and tattoos are always allowed on your masterlist image♦ Puddis can also have a commissioned official revamp called a ‘version update’, by the creators of the species.♦ All Puddi designs (aside from version updates) can only be revamped via items obtained in the community shop or from events.
- The revamped design must also be posted in the approval channel, approved and then updated on the masterlist channel.♦ Creating a nsfw/nude version of your Puddi design is acceptable but not allowed to be used on the masterlist nor posted in any channels not flagged as mature.

Community Etiquette & Content

♦ We endorse a mature, friendly, and responsible adult-exclusive community. Owning a Puddi is no requirement to be part of the community, but being at least 18 years old is required. We bar anyone under the age of 18 from our community entirely.
- If proof is linked to us or staff discovers that you are lying about your age, you will be banned from the species.♦ Although we are an adult-only community, we still require you to only link SFW external social links or website links that have a strict filter system that does not reveal adult content immediately upon loading of the page.
- This applies to your server introduction and in general within our controlled spaces that are not flagged as mature (example: gen-chat, art-chat, media, gaming etc.)♦ We do not tolerate impersonation, art theft nor scamming within and outside of our community. If staff is given concrete proof of user impersonation, scamming and, or stealing the artwork of other users, it will result in a ban and blacklist.♦ Harassment, guilt-tripping and begging other users is not tolerated in our community. This includes hate and insults directed at another user’s work, creations or designs as well as general violent threats made directly or indirectly towards others within our spaces.
Excessive reports with proof of any mentioned above may result in a ban and blacklist from the species.♦ Hate speech or insults targeting any race, sexual orientation, gender, religion, belief or disability will result in an immediate ban and blacklist from the species.
However we still reserve the right to ban users who express beliefs that may be hurtful to others in the community and/or oppressed groups.♦ Disclosure of another user’s personal, real-life identifying information against their consent (otherwise known as doxxing) will also result in an immediate ban from the species.♦ Puddis may not be used for any sort of minting, NFTs nor be used for generative AI assets and training. We do not support nor allow any form of advertisement (including in your bio), endorse nor distribute NFTs and Generative AI.♦ Do not White Knight on behalf of the species owner, moderators or community. If a situation arises that needs to be handled, please personally message Thalliumfire, GreaserDemon or another moderator of our species.
Do NOT take it upon yourself to message the offending person.♦ Posting explicit sexual or graphic content outside of their designated channels will result in a warning from staff, frequent offenses will result in a ban from the server.♦ We cannot control what users do in their private galleries, servers, or Patreons regarding 18+ artwork nor do we police or ban users for responsibly creating adult works. We will not take action on NSFW or 18+ content outside of our realm of control unless it is minor presenting, bestiality, or is proven to be actively used by the artist to groom minors. These cases will result in an immediate ban and blacklist from our species. Adults (18+) interacting inappropriately with minors or animals will be banned, reported to the appropriate staff, and the authorities may be contacted.

Voiding/Unvoiding & Blacklisting

♦ You may void a Puddi with permission from the designer. If it is your own design, you may freely void the Puddi.♦ Un-voiding a Puddi is allowed at any time.♦ We do NOT revoke designs for any reason. Revoking a design rightfully obtained is theft.♦ We do NOT auto-void your Puddis if you are blacklisted/banned, your designs still remain part of the species, you just can not participate in the community.♦ A person that has been blacklisted is not allowed to obtain any new Puddi and is banned from all community activities.
